Shipping policy

Shipping charges are stated during the checkout process. Shipping will be done as expediently as possible but can, in some case, take as much as 3 weeks (21 days), particularly in the case of products shipping from China. We aim to improve this process but, presently, this is as direct as our shipping partners allow.

The Automatic Pet Ball comes packaged in a soft, manufacturer-produced packaging case. It is possible that, with some Shipping Carriers, this case suffers superficial damage. We are confident that the product itself will remain unharmed and arrive with you in working condition. Again, we aim to improve this process over time. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
